Founded in 2023, Pickerel Place Campground is nestled in the quiet hamlet of Faust located on the south shore of Lesser Slave Lake. The lake is well-stocked with a variety of fish, making it a prime spot for anglers of all skill levels.

Lesser Slave Lake is known for its excellent fishing opportunities, with abundant populations of walleye, Northern pike, lake whitefish, yellow perch, burbot, mountain whitefish, gold eye and arctic grayling. Pickerel place campground also provides boat rentals and fishing guides.

We offer a range accommodations to su different preferences and budgets. RV sites have full hookups of water, electricity, and sewage connections. Tenting sites are spacious, shaded with picnic tables and fire rings. Cabins are cozy furnished with beds, sofas and bathrooms. We also have a club house with cooking, BBQing and deep-frying appliances. A fish cleaning station is available on site. Laundry facilities with washers and dryers are conveniently located  as are public washrooms for all to use. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the campground. 

Located on the campground we have  a tackle store with an extensive collection of fishing tackle, rods and reels and bait. Boating accessories are also available.
